The 740i xDrive offers All-Wheel Drive, while the 750e xDrive gives you a plug-in hybrid powertrain with 483 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, plus 33 miles of pure electric range when fully charged. At the top of the performance range, the 760i xDrive delivers up to 536 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque through its 4.4-liter turbo V8 engine.

The 2026 BMW 7 Series now features a left-turn alert system that warns you of oncoming traffic as you attempt to cross lanes while making a left. It can automatically apply the brakes to keep you out of harm's way as well.

A new lane-change mechanic will suggest lane changes and allow you to agree and start the maneuver with a simple look into the corresponding side mirror. This comes in addition to the standard kit, which features technology like forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, and surround view monitoring.
