Here at Murray BMW of Denver, we're all about giving credit where it's due. And for the 2016 BMW M2 -- the German automaker's spanking-new sports coupe -- some serious credit is most certainly due. This beast is a beauty.
And so, with that in mind, we invite you to join AutoGuide.com Features Editor Sami Haj-Assaad in the clip below. He's here to provide a closer look at this tremendous two-door:
There's quite simply denying the brilliance of the M2's engine, a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder. Good for a goliath 365 horsepower and 343 pound-feet of torque, this six-banger is offered with your pick of either a standard six-speed manual transmission or an optional seven-speed automated manual (DCT).
And it most definitely doesn't disappoint from a performance perspective, either; a DCT-equipped M2, for instance, can do the 0-to-60 mph dash in only 4.1 seconds.
If you'd like to learn more about this spectacular speedster, or wish to get behind the wheel of one, we encourage you to drop by our Glendale, CO dealership. Our automotive aficionados are ready to answer your every question about the M2, or any other BMW model within the present portfolio.
